However, try this: Right click on c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd .. then go to the security tab. Add IUSR_[your_computer_name] and give it read & execute permissions. I enter information in the fields but when I click OK or Cancel I get a message saying "You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed."
